DAV Munich mountain bus
How about travelling from Munich to the mountains of the Achensee region by coach? Each Saturday from 30 April 2022 to 31 October 2022, the German Alpine Association Munich & Oberland offers coach journeys with the Münchner Bergbus from Munich to the Mountaineering Village Steinberg am Rofan.
The goal of this project is to improve transportation services in areas which are difficult to reach by public transport. Mountain bus tickets include the journey with the MVV (Munich transport system) to the respective bus stops. What’s more: The coach offers ample space to carry bicycles, climbing equipment, buggies, and back-carriers.
